ICRS.transfer allows the automation of data transfer from the property management company, even if there is no direct possibility of accessing the management system. In this case, the property management company must extract an export from its software and then import it into ICRS. Without additional system support, the data is often transferred via email and the import is then often started manually in ICRS.
ICRS.transfer simplifies and secures this process and thus offers significant advantages. It is based on a secure internet portal operated by metamagix, via which property managers upload the data for their ICRS customers instead of sending it by email. The data is then automatically imported into ICRS from this portal, with all checks and alerts configured in ICRS running as usual. At the same time, all uploaded documents are historized and securely stored on the portal and can be easily accessed by the property owner at any time.
Since the Secure Portal is accessed from the server via a separate component in ICRS (and not from the portal to the server), ICRS.transfer can also be used in on-premise installations and high-security environments.
